Tommy William Lewis

Tommy William Lewis, 82, native of Waycross and resident of Ball Ground, passed away on Monday, August 10.

He spent his career as a machinist inspector for CSX Railroad. When he was not working, Tommy spent his time with his family. He loved cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs and the Atlanta Braves! Tommy will be remembered most as a devoted husband and loving father. 

He is survived by his wife of nearly 62 years, Jacqueline “Jackie” Lee Lewis; his three daughters: Michelle (Randy) Romero, Stephanie (David) Callaway, and Melodie Swedin; and his four grandchildren: Ashley (David) Pitts, Rachel Romero, Laley Miller, and Brady Miller. 

The family will have a private service and celebration of life at a later date.
