Our Mother, Sumie Yamazaki Eichenbaum (Age 80) of Canton sadly passed away on Monday, March 27, 2023. Sumie is preceded in death by her husband Frederick D. Eichenbaum. She is survived by her children Cynthia (Martin) Murphy, Alice Kishbach, and Roger (Elizabeth) Bottomley; grandchildren Victoria (Marcus) Edmonds, Steven (Savannah) Sanders, Richard (Amber) Sanders, Christopher Sanders, Jacob Bottomley, and Connor Kishbach; 5 great grandchildren; sister Matchiko (Yuki) Saito and brother Tatsushi (Midori) Yamazaki. Sumie was born in Tokyo, Japan and moved to the United States in 1969. She was a loving mother and worked hard to ensure a good life for her children. She was also a devoted mother to her dogs, Mickey and Lily. She was very proud of her family, heritage, and faith. The family will hold visitation with friends at the Canton Funeral Home and Cemetery at Macedonia Memorial Park located in Canton, GA Saturday morning, April 1, 2023 from 10:00 am - 12:00pm. Interment will follow at Rolling Hills Cemetery at 1:00pm.
