Robin Marie Bailey, 59 of Ball Ground, passed away on Tuesday July 13th, 2021 after a brief illness. Robin was predeceased by her mother, Carolyn Overstreet and her father, Jack Overstreet. Robin is survived by her husband, Homer Bailey, two daughters: Shea Glisson and Nicole Bailey (Casey Karr), a brother, Mike Overstreet (Debbie Overstreet), a half-sister, Casey King (Paul King), a step-mother, Sandy Overstreet and four grandchildren: Lane Glisson, Cole Glisson, Beau Glisson and Evie-Marie Karr, as well as several niecesand nephews. Robin retired in June 2020 from Allstate Insurance, after working in Insurance for 30+ years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, being outside, gardening, reading and spending time with her animals. Robin was a kind, gentle, courageous, graceful, strong soul. She loved anyone and everyone who met paths with her. She was outgoing and fun to be around; the life of the party. Her laugh was infectious, her love was strong and her hugs were better than any bear could imagine. She was always there when anyone needed her, whether she was helping or just being a shoulder to lean on. She always knew how to turn anyone's bad day into a great one.
