Rachel Nicole Scott, age 33, passed away on October 9th, 2021, after battling Covid-19 for 9 days. Rachel was born in Moreno Valley, CA (SoCal) and raised in the Sacramento, CA area (NorCal) but called Woodstock, GA her home. She lived with her heart family, the Callahans for more than 10 years. She loved her family and her pets Walker (dog) and Suki (cat). She loved playing video games, anime and participated in many on-line groups devoted to pets. She is survived by her mother, Debbie Nicosia, her heart father Larry Callahan, her heart spouse Matthew Callahan, sister Sarah Romero Ventura, heart sister Kathleen Callahan, heart brother Joseph Callahan and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death are her father, Gary Scott and her Scott grandparents, maternal grandma Avaline Romero, as well as her heart mother Diana Callahan. A memorial service is planned for Tuesday November 2, 2021 at 3:00pm preceded by an hour of gathering and sharing with friends and family.
