Patricia Ann Leverett, age 81, of Lawrenceville, Georgia, passed away peacefully on December 24, 2025. She was born on October 3, 1944.

A devout Christian woman, Patricia—affectionately known as Pat—lived a life guided by unwavering faith and deep devotion to God. Her spiritual strength was the cornerstone of her character and a constant source of comfort, wisdom, and inspiration to all who knew her.

Pat was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Marvin Leverett; her parents, Jesse Maddox and Minnie Louise Maddox; her children, Richard Eric McClain and Billie Denise Graham; and her siblings, Dorothy Singleton, Geraldine Bennett, Reba Vickery, Shirley Raines, Frances Bailey, Peggy Bright, Josephine Keith, and brothers Alton Maddox, Robert Maddox, and Jimmy Maddox.

She is lovingly remembered by her son, James McClain (Karen); her daughter, Tamathay Baumann; her sister, Linda Brook (Johnny); her brother, Willard Maddox (Robin); and a large and cherished extended family. This includes her grandchildren Kayla Bauman, Barett Bauman, Whitney Bauman, Kenneth Graham, Devany Barnet, Palmer Edwards, Michelle Edwards, Dylan Underwood, and Dakota Underwood; fifteen great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews who will forever hold her close in their hearts.

Pat's legacy lives on through the generations she nurtured with love, faith, and compassion. Her memory will continue to bring comfort and strength to all who were blessed to know her.

A Celebration of Life will be held on December 31, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Canton Funeral Home, 10655 East Cherokee Drive. Interment will immediately follow the service.
