Patricia Nell Hamm 60, of Cumming passed away suddenly at her home on Friday October 8, 2021. A graduate of Cherokee High School, Patricia was predeceased by her parentsJohnnie and Treva Cronan. She is survived by a large extended family including a son Joshua Hamm, daughters Jennifer Hamm, Karen Vennel(Joshua),Sharon Hamm, brothers Donald Cronan, Michael Cronan, Jonathan Cronan, sisters Loretta Sizemore, Maxine Davis, Cindy Clayton and number of grandchildren including Courtney Rene Hamm, Bryan Jones, Katelyn Vennel, Tyler Vennel, Payton and Hayden Kwaitkowski, and Jeslyn Hamm, Ansley Hamm, Colton Hamm, Kirsten Hamm, and Joshua Hamm Jr. Services are planned as follows. A visitation will take place Wednesday October 13, 2021 from 3pm till 8pm and on Thursday October 14, 2021 from 10:00am till 2:00pm. The funeral service will begin at 2:00pm all at Canton Funeral Home and interment will immediately follow in Macedonia Memorial Park Cemetery.
