Mary Ann Hyatt Robertson (Wienke), a deeply cherished daughter, mother, wife, sister, and grandmother, passed away peacefully at her daughter's home in Ellijay on May 27, 2023. Born on July 6, 1963, at Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, Georgia, Mary dedicated her life to the care and well-being of those around her.

Mary is survived by her deeply devoted husband, Glen Robertson, and her beloved children, Stephany Durden(husband Timothy), Alicia Lee(husband Samson), Bailey Robertson, and Matthew Robertson. She is also survived by her brother, Lance Wienke. She was a grandmother to Logan McAuley, Nova Lee, Stephen Durden, Rylee Durden, and Beau Lee. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Deloris Ann VanFleet and William Clinton Wienke, her brother, Brad Wienke and her first husband, Mark Hyatt.

Throughout her life, Mary was a beacon of steadfast dedication and strength. She served her community in various roles such as a housekeeper, caregiver, and custodian for the Cherokee County School System, always giving her utmost to ensure the comfort and security of others. Not only was she an integral part of her immediate family, but she also extended her love and support to her wider community.

Mary was known for her fundraising efforts for the Cherokee County School System. Her deep sense of empathy and dedication was evident in her tireless work, benefiting countless students and staff members over the years.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Mary's life at a viewing from 10 am to 2 pm on May 31, 2023, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 pm at Canton Funeral Home And Cemetery at Macedonia Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to help with funeral expenses.

Mary Ann Hyatt Robertson will be remembered for her unwavering dedication to her family and community. Her legacy of love, care, and devotion will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing her.
