Herbert W.Holt 80, of Ball Ground Georgia passed away after an extended illness with his family by his side. Herbert was a Mason and Business owner. He was predeceased by his parents Herbert Clay and Annie Mae Holt. He is survived by his wife Ellen, 2 sons Williams and James, and a daughter Jodi(Jeff) Payne, and a sister Hazel Croy as well as 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild with another on the way. A visitation is planned for Thursday August 22, 2019 from 4:00-8:00 pm. A funeral service will be held Friday August 23, 2019 at 2:00 pm followed by interment in our cemetery.
