Frances Elizabeth Jenkins-Hamrick Age 82, passed August 22, 2015 in Cumming GA. She was preceded in death by her late husband, Clint Blanton Hamrick, February 2000. Frances was a resident of Canton GA, but grew up in Atlanta. She played on the girls basketball team in high school. As a young woman she worked for the telephone company as a switch board operator. She retired from Sears & Roebuck in their communications department when it closed the downtown Atlanta office. Frances was an avid Bingo player. She played bingo as a member of the Canton Moose Lodge, and attended bingo activities at the American Legion in Canton. Frances is survived by her sons and families:Tony and Lenore Hamrick of Cumming; Don and Laurie Hamrick of Woodstock; five grandchildren, Bryan Hamrick, Christy Albert, Jeffrey Hamrick, Jason Martin, PJ Martin; five great-grandchildren; surviving sisters Margaret Parris of Monticello GA, and Shirley McCurry of Jonesboro GA.
