Our beloved mother Charlene (Char) Ann Greer passed away at the age of 82 Thursday May30th, 2024, at Northside hospital in Canton, GA from heart failure. She was comforted by her daughter Bonnie and son Jeff. Char was born on March 20th, 1942, in Portland, Oregon. She is survived by her brothers Jim and Robert Mason (Portland, OR), Daughter Bonnie Manders (Canton, GA), Son Jeff Wilson (Breman, AL), Granddaughters Nichole McAllaster (Denver, CO) and Lisa Perky (King George, VA), Grandsons Jeffrey Wilson (Alabaster, AL), Christopher Wilson (Tuscaloosa, AL) and Charles Wilson (Birmingham, AL). She is preceded in death by her Mother Margeret Leverance (Portland, OR), her Father Armel Mason (Bend, OR), her Sister Brenda Mason (Portland, OR) and her Husbands Earnest Wilson (Sautee, GA), William Greer (Jackson, GA) and Kenneth Brandel (Muskegon, MI). Char was a long-time resident of Roswell, GA, Muskegon, MI and Cumming, GA. She was a retired small business owner living in Canton, GA with her daughter Bonnie. Charlene graduated from College in Muskegon, MI in 2002 with an associate degree in business administration. She was a horse and dog lover. Char had a creative spirit and a non-judgmental character. She had a zest for everyday life and dozens of close friends. Her smile and kindness will be missed. A graveside burial service will be held Saturday June 1, 2024 at 2:00 pm at North Atlanta Memorial Park in Peachtree Corners Ga.
