Cecil Hicks

Mr. Cecil Curtis Hicks 86, of Waleska, GA passed away Wednesday March 15, 2017 following an extended illness.

A memorial service will be held 4:00PM Saturday March 18, 2017 in the chapel of Canton Funeral Home and Cemetery at Macedonia Memorial Park.  Visitation will be held from 2:00PM-4:00PM prior to the service.

Mr. Hicks was born July 10, 1930 in Cleveland, GA to the late Charlie W. Hicks and Maude Abernathy Hicks.

Mr. Hicks is survived by his wife Darlene Mills Hicks of Waleska, GA.  Daughter Jackie Harmon of Waleska, GA. Daughter Vicki Ostell of Jasper, GA.  Sister Margie Jones of Franklin, North Carolina. Sister Alice Cunningham of Hiawassee, GA. Grand children Jeremy Harmon, Jamie Evans, Jason Harmon, Ellyn Bowers, Wes Ostell and 10 great-great grandchildren.
