Carolyn Virginia Gatewood, 78 of Ball Ground, GA passed away Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at Provident Village at Canton. Memorial services are schedule for 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 16, 2020 from Canton Funeral Home. Mrs. Gatewood was an avid gardner, but most of all she loved her family. Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Maurice and Virginia Scott; son, Paul Anthony Gatewood. She is survived by her husband, George Gatewood; daughter, Sara Tangren (Bill); brother, Jim Scott. Due to COVID-19 facial coverings are recommended and social distancing guidelineswill be followed.
