Arthur Witt Hadley, age 78, died peacefully at home surrounded with love by his family after a long battle with Sarcoma cancer.
Arthur is survived by his wife, Myra, his brother Donald and his wife Judy and many nieces and nephews along with his brother in law, Bill Hunt and wife Pat.
Art served in the United States Army Division as 1st lieutenant. His career was in both restaurant/entertainment management and as a teacher and director in education. He retired in 2012. He received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern and a Master’s from Michigan State.
His life was a testimony to his belief in the Lord and which was reflected in his love and kindness to all the people he encountered along his way. He will be sorely missed by those lives he touched.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, March 16, 2024 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am followed by a memorial service. Both will be held at First Baptist Church of Canton, located at 1 Mission Point Canton Ga. 30114.
