Artenious Elizabeth Stroup 72, of Canton passed away unexpectedly Sunday May 23, 2021. A longtime resident of Cherokee County, Artenious and her husband Ronald resided in the Holly Springs area. She is survived by her husband of 44 years Ronald, her two daughters Katherine Stroup and Carolyn Patrick(Brian), sister Carolyn Carbonic, and her four grandchildren who were the light of her life- Jordan, Connor, Cason and Nora. She was preceded in death by her parents Robert H. and Katherine Taylor and a brother Robert H Taylor II. A visitation is scheduled for Saturday May 29, 2021 from 10:00am until 1:00pm followed by a funeral service and a graveside all at Canton Funeral Home and Cemetery at Macedonia Memorial Park.
