Amy K Bohmer, age 34, of Woodstock passed away on March 21, 2015.
Burial to be in the Garden of Resurrection at Macedonia Memorial Park and Funeral Home on Friday March 27th, 2015 after funeral service at 10:30am to be held at St. Michaels in Woodstock.
