Allen Charles Feige

Allen Charles Feige passed to the next life on Saturday, October 7, 2023, at Northside Hospital Cherokee in Canton, Georgia.  Allen was born at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky on 01/22/1933 to Herbert Henry Feige and Mary Louise Goby Feige. 

 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by the love of his life, Naomi Browning Feige, two brothers, George H. Feige and Herbert H. Feige Jr. (Herbie). 

 

Allen attended University of Kentucky.  He left college to join the army and spent two years serving our country as a member of the U. S. Army until September 7, 1955.  Allen went on to spend 39 years with Graybar Electric and retired as a Regional Operations Manager in 1999. 

 

Allen was well loved and respected by all who had the pleasure to know him over the years.  He is best remembered for his love of sharing jokes with anyone who crossed his path as well as his love of his Kentucky Wildcats sports teams.

 

He is survived by his son, Paul Allen Feige and wife Connie of Woodstock, Georgia; and son Steven Scott Feige and husband, Masa of Tokyo, Japan. He was Feigerty to granddaughter, Erika Beasley Allen and husband Tom of Roswell, Georgia; and great grandchildren Ava Allen and Carter Allen also of Roswell, Georgia.

 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Saved in America, a non-profit organization of volunteers who are former law enforcement officers, Special Operators, and Navy SEALs that assist in locating and rescuing missing children. Go to  link below to donate.

 

His request to be cremated with no funeral services will be entrusted to Canton Funeral Home and Cemetery at Macedonia Memorial Park in Canton.
